GETTING STARTED

Being brand new to CrossFit is intimidating especially if you've seen the games coverage or watched any videos online. People tell me all the time that they need to "get into shape" before starting CrossFit. Nothing could be further from the truth. Come as you are. If you are 90 years old, 250lbs over weight, trying too look good for your wedding, wanting to lose your tummy after having a baby, been a couch potato for the last 10 years, or whether you work out at a traditional gym everyday, CrossFit is and will work for you.
